Code of Ethics

1. I will recognize that management is a call to service with responsibilities to my direct reports, associates, supervisors, employer, community, nation, and world.

Credential Use Statement

1. I confirm that I hold a professional credential granted by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. I also understand that I may use the ICPM credential on my resume, business cards, employment application, school admission applications, or for other business purposes provided my recertification status is current and I remain in good standing with ICPM.
2. I understand that recertification is an annual requirement to maintain current certification status, and if I do not recertify, I must discontinue use of the credential. I further understand that recertification requires: (1) payment of an annual professional fee to ICPM, and (2) an annual completion of 4 professional development activities to maintain my management and leadership competency.
3. I confirm that I have not and will not use my credential in any misleading manner or for any unintended purpose. I acknowledge that if found using my credential inappropriately, I will be subject to disciplinary actions and/or revocation of my ICPM certification, as sanctioned by ICPM’s Board of Regents.
