ICPM CERTIFICATION PROCESS
ICPM certification is designed to be straightforward and predictable. Each step is structured to confirm eligibility, validate experience, and guide you efficiently from application to certification.
ICPM's management certification exams are completed online and structured around real-world management scenarios. Each management certification has a defined timeframe, allowing you to schedule and complete exams based on your availability.
After purchase, eligibility is confirmed through a short application process. Required documentation is submitted and reviewed to ensure standards are met before certification is finalized.
Applications and eligibility are typically reviewed and determined within three business days.
ICPM does not require coursework. Optional materials are available for candidates who want to review key concepts before completing exams. These resources are designed to support confidence, not replace experience.
These resources include: ICPM Certification prep textbooks, notes, presentations, content quizzes, and ICPM practice exams..
To maintain certification, professionals complete ongoing requirements aligned with evolving management standards. This ensures continued relevance and long-term credibility.
As management continually evolves, ongoing education is essential. Renewing your ICPM Management Certifications is easy with an annual maintenance fee and continuing professional education (CPEs) every three (3) years. .

Study book(s), designed to aid overall understanding of program concepts for each certification program, are available for purchase through ICPM®. Purchase and use of any ICPM® study book does not guarantee that an applicant will raise their exam score or pass an exam. Purchasing of study books are recommended but not required.
There are no digital copies of any ICPM® textbooks available
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on selected items only.
2. A $15.00 restock fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. All textbooks must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original receipt or invoice.
4. Returns, or request for refunds after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
5. Any requested, fully settled transaction, deemed applicable for a refund will be refunded for the amount paid minus any transaction fees, shipping fees, or applicable sales tax.
6. All refunds issued are applied directly to the payment method used for purchase
Access to the online learning materials and/or exams will be granted after the purchases/authorized transactions are processed, normally within one business day after the authorized transaction has completed the settlement process.

2. Craft Your Certification Bundle by going through the 4 drop down options and click Add to cart
3. Review your cart and click Proceed to Checkout
4. Fill out your information and purchase
5. You will receive an order email as well as an account details email once your transaction has processed
All transactions are completed in USD. ICPM accepts payments via: PayPal, Google pay, Apple pay, credit or debit card, wire transfer, and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
