Tina Alonzo

Tina Alonzo, CM, is a seasoned executive leader with more than a decade of experience advancing organizational performance across nonprofit, higher education, government, and corporate sectors. She currently serves as Vice President of Belonging at Peckham, Inc., where she leads transformational enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen culture, enhance employee experience, and drive measurable business outcomes through inclusive and data-informed practices.

Her expertise helps organizations grow stronger from the inside out, and spans strategic planning, operational leadership, and continuous improvement, with a strong track record of guiding multigenerational teams and delivering high-impact initiatives in complex environments.

Tina’s leadership approach is rooted in excellence, transparency, and inclusion. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate inclusive principles into business operations, resulting in improved employee engagement, strengthened organizational culture, and sustained business performance improvements.

Tina contributes her expertise through service with organizations including the Council for Supplier Diversity Professionals, the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Rapids Chamber Council, and the Detroit Regional LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

A Certified Manager (CM) through ICPM for more than ten years, Tina is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional development and ethical leadership.  She also holds multiple credentials as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) Certified Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; and was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a Notable Leader in 2023.
