Ms. Smith performs technical project management, IT planning, technical writing, scoping, scheduling, documentation, systems integration, cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for both departmental and enterprise-wide IT solutions for BrilliT in support of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. Ms. Smith is responsible for technical analysis and project management for emerging technology and solutions. Her overall responsibilities include gathering and documentation of system or customer requirements and specifications, building analyses with recommendations based on system design specifications, costs, systems analysis techniques and, consulting with stakeholders to determine the best overall solution, and performing project management oversight of the implementation effort for all phases of selected solutions in both a small (1-5) or large (5-20) mix of technical, business, and vendor team members.
