Optimal Industries, LLC., a management consultancy that helps businesses achieve, and
sustain excellence over the long haul. Phillip designed, and developed operations, and financial
management systems for all types, and sizes of businesses, and established, and shaped
industry standards on affordability, product quality, and delivery.

Phillip enjoys helping people as he helped shape the future advocating for small-medium
businesses throughout the East Texas region, and the United States. Phillip is innovative, and

Aerospace and Defense, Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Services

Phillip attended the University of Phoenix, and Arizona State University graduating with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Phillip
attended South Mountain Community College graduating with Associate of Arts and Associate
of General Studies degrees, and is a Certified Manager CM, and certified in Lean Six Sigma as
an Executive Green belt, and Black belt. Phillip earned professional certificates in Supply Chain
Management.
