Kristen has over 20 years of experience serving in billing, payables/receivables, quality control, certifying officials’ protocols, privacy compliance, and customer service both in local and national organizations within multiple industries.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Concordia University – Ann Arbor. She also holds Certified Manager (CM) and Certified Supervisor (CS) certifications from ICPM.
