Certified Supervisor Certification

The Certified Supervisor (CS) certification, is ICPM’s entry-level certification, you can rest assured that great things will be ahead of you and your management career with a certification from ICPM. The CS certification acts as an excellent stepping-stone for those looking to make a career in management and for those looking to pursue the CM certification when eligible. ICPM CS recipients agree that our management certifications have help them be more successful in their day-to-day job and made them better co-workers and employees.

Meeting the education requirements for the Certified Supervisor certification program is easy:

Experience Requirements

To meet the experience eligibility requirements for the CS certification program, applicants should be able to document at least 1 but no more than 7 points. Experience points should be documented with:

Education Points Rubric

Education points are determined through the following system:

High School diploma (or equivalent) = 1 point
College Education
Earned per year Completed = 1 point
Earned per half year Completed = 0.5 points
Other Certifications = 1 point Maximum awared = 2
Management training Earned per 40 hours completed = 1 point

Are textbooks necessary to succeed in attaining a certification?

Study book(s), designed to aid overall understanding of program concepts for each certification program, are available for purchase through ICPM®. Purchase and use of any ICPM® study book does not guarantee that an applicant will raise their exam score or pass an exam. Purchasing of study books are recommended but not required.

Am I able to purchase, or have access to a digital copy of the textbooks?

There are no digital copies of any ICPM® textbooks available.

I purchased a program without textbooks. Can I order them now?

Yes – ICPM® textbooks are available for purchase at any time, through your ICPM client dashboard.

Is there any company or person that can 'teach' me or help me complete your certification?
