CS Exam (Synoptic)

The Synoptic proctoring requires the installation of a Chrome browser plugin. The Synoptic proctoring can only be used by physical proctors and active military members (i.e., COOL recipients). Although the Synoptic plugin does not utilize a webcam, it does capture screen, mouse and focused activity of the examinee throughout the examination. An audit of the recorded activities may be conducted, and if any impropriety is determined, examinees score can be adjusted. If any examinee’s score is changed due to the audit, the examinee will be notified of the change and the reasoning behind the change. Certification exams are purchased per examination and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
