Are you a Military Purchasing Agent?

If you are an authorized COOL or other military purchasing agent, just provide ICPM with the needed information on your approved service member. For any service member to receive access to ICPM’s program offerings, information including contact and payments for approved ICPM program offerings must be submitted here.

Once this information is submitted and received, ICPM will immediately communicate with the service member for them to complete the required application to access to included learning materials and exams for the program being pursued.

Navy Cool

Payment Assistance through the Navy's Credentialing Program Office/Navy COOL

If you are on active duty in the US Navy you may qualify for payment assistance through the Navy’s Credentialing Program Office/Navy COOL. Many ratings, jobs and occupations are eligible for funding of the CM Certification. If you qualify, Navy COOL will pay $525 for the CM application and exam fees. COOL is not authorized to pay for any training or training materials.

Navy COOL CM Application Process

  • Complete and submit the CM application.
  • ICPM will contact applicants with an application approval confirmation and instructions for next steps.
  • Submit a Voucher Request Form to Navy COOL
  • The CPO will send approval to you electronically when voucher is issued
  • Forward to Navy COOL the e-mail you received from ICPM accepting you into the Certified Manager (CM) program
  • Navy COOL will make payment on your behalf and confirm with you by email when the payment process is complete
  • ICPM will send info about taking the CM exams, by email

Marine Corps COOL

Air Force COOL

Payment Assistance through the Air Force’s Credentialing Program Office/Air Force COOL

The Community College of the Air Force officially launched the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities Online program March 16, 2015. If you are on active duty in the US Air Force you may qualify for payment assistance through Air Force COOL.

Many ratings, jobs and occupations are eligible for funding of the CM certification. If you qualify, Air Force COOL will pay $795 for the entire CM bundle.

Air Force COOL CM Application Process

  • CPO will send approval to you electronically when a voucher is issued.
  • Forward to Air Force COOL the email you received from ICPM accepting you into the Certified Manager (CM) program.
  • Air Force COOL will make payment on your behalf and confirm with you by email when the payment process is complete.
  • ICPM will send info about taking the CM exams, by email.
Post 9/11 G.I. Bill

Tuition Reimbursement under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill

Since 2001, ICPM has been approved to provide certification tests to veterans and other eligible persons as indicated:

  • Name of Certification: Certified Manager
  • Name of Test: Certified Manager Examination
  • Amount Reimbursed: $525 for the CM Application and Exams or $695 towards the cost of the CM Bundle (the total cost of the CM bundle is $775).

Eligible persons must pay in advance for the test and apply to the VA for reimbursement. To learn more visit the G.I. Bill website.
