ICPM is aware of a number of errors within both our CS and CM books.

The CS book should have had an notification printed and bound within the book that specifically spoke to the following issue(s):

1. Different chapter and page numbering as it related to the Table of Contents. The following Errata should have been included within every CS book:

• • All supplemental learning textbooks available for our certification programs have been custom built, created in partnership with McGraw Hill publishing and ICPM.  These supplementary learning materials are readily available to help assist anyone in addressing specific content areas as they may relate to the continued validation of management competencies.
  • These books have been compiled through a careful review and accumulation of different authors and their respective chapters, across a multitude of diverse texts and content areas offered. Because of this, we want you to be aware that the possibility of specific chapters within these texts (the first page of each chapter) may not directly equate to the listed chapters as they may appear in the table of contents. Also, please note that all ‘correct’ page numbers are displayed in the green box at the top of each page.

The CM books also have two (2) specific problems:

1. The publisher had a quality control printing problems that appears similar to a white stripe down each even page, missing the required text and colors, and;
2. The publisher erroneously included/substituted the wrong chapter within the book itself:
   1. Currently, CM book 2’s Table of Contents, chapter 5 is listed and printed as: Values, attitudes, emotions, and culture: The manager as a person. This chapter is the same in every aspect as chapter 3 in CM book 1.
   2. The correct chapter 5 for CM book 2 should be: Coaching and providing feedback for improved performance. We can assure everyone though, that all supplemental learning materials for the correct chapter have always been correctly available for any learning who has purchased said materials, just the printed text within the book is wrong. If you currently have one of these books with this erroneous chapter, please contact us so we can send you an electronic version of the correct chapter.

ICPM is already working hard with the publisher to revise and correct these issues, and anticipate future orders to be fully compliant with the level of professionalism that both ICPM and you can expect of these certification programs:

• CS Texts – correct chapter and page numbering that will directly relate to, and be consistent with the current table of contents.
• CM Texts – Quality Control & printing issues being addressed internally with the publisher, and; 2) the correct chapter 5 is being inserted, and future orders are expected to have the correct chapter already included.
